How do I order a test through RGCC?

You will need to arrange an appointment with your personal healthcare provider or contact one from our international network.

Do patients have to sign any paperwork?

Your personal healthcare provider will need to sign paperwork on your behalf, including a declaration form called a non-dangerous goods document. This is a safety form to guarantee that the sample you are sending is not dangerous, harmful or a potential contaminant to public health. You and your personal healthcare provider will also be required to sign a Medical Disclosure Form.

Will I be notified when my results are ready?

Yes, we will share our results with you and your personal healthcare provider using the contact details provided.

What is genetic testing?

Genetic testing analyses small sections of your DNA to identify variations or mutations that could affect your health now or in the future.

How many tests does RGCC offer?

We have developed 11 tests to discover, analyse and screen the cancer cells in every step of the disease. Work with your personal healthcare provider or contact one from our international network to determine which test is most appropriate for you.

RGCC has developed a range of tests to discover, analyse and screen the cancer cells in every step of the disease. They aim to detect potential early signs of undetected cancers, monitor existing diagnosed cancers and produce personalised guidance on which chemotherapy drugs and natural treatments could benefit individual patients.

How much do RGCC genetic tests cost?

We deal directly with doctors and clinicians so you will need to liaise with your personal healthcare provider to get an accurate cost for your individual test.

Does the cost of the test include shipping fees?

Yes, the final cost includes shipping fees.

What does RGCC stand for?

RGCC stands for Research Genetics Cancer Center but we’re known simply as RGCC. We have been developing and providing personalised cancer genetics tests for doctors and patients since 2004. In addition, we are actively involved in pharmaceutical research and development working from our world-leading facilities in Europe.

How long will my test results take?

RGCC test results are usually available within seven to 10 working days from when we receive your sample.
